RENTAL RATES

• MONTH-TO-MONTH    PHP120,000per month INCLUDES bedsheets and towels for 3 people, includes utilities (except PLDT) and dues , 1 month security deposit
• 3 MONTH LEASE plus month-to-month    PHP110,000per month INCLUDES bedsheets and towels for 3 people, utilities (except PLDT) and dues , 1 month security deposit
• 6-MONTH LEASE + month-to-month        PHP85,000 per month, tenant pays all utilities; first and last month's rent up front plus 2 months deposit
• ONE YEAR LEASE       PHP75,000 per month, tenant pays all utilities; glad to discuss flexible up front payment and deposit arrangements
• 3-month and 6-month leases may, at option of the Lessee, be converted to a 1-yr lease, with the rates for a 1-year lease applied retroactively to the third month of the short term lease
• Landlord pays Association Dues
