RENTAL RATES

• MONTH-TO-MONTH    PHP110,000per month INCLUDES bedsheets and towels for 3 people, utilities (except PLDT) and dues , 1 month security deposit
• 3 MONTH LEASE plus month-to-month    PHP100,000per month INCLUDES bedsheets and towels for 3 people, utilities (except PLDT) and dues , 1 month security deposit
• 6-MONTH LEASE + month-to-month        PHP70,000 per month INCLUDES Makati Sports Club Playing Rights, EXCLUDES all utilities and association dues and MSC charges; first and last month's rent up front plus 2 months deposit
• ONE YEAR LEASE       PHP60,000 per month, INCLUDES Makati Sports Club Playing Rights, EXCLUDES all utilities and association dues and MSC charges; glad to discuss flexible up front payment and deposit arrangements
• 3-month and 6-month leases may, at option of the Lessee, be converted to a 1-yr lease, with the rates for a 1-year lease applied retroactively to the third month of the short term lease
• Makati Sports Club privileges included with 6 and 12 month leases
